We are looking for a

Crypto Payroll Specialist

We are seeking trustworthy and detail-oriented Crypto Payroll Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will receive payroll funds from Circle Global Flow, convert them into cryptocurrency, and process payments to our clients in countries where we do not have operational jurisdiction.

As a Crypto Payroll Specialist, you will earn a 2% commission on each payment processed, offering a great earning opportunity in the expanding digital payment industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive payroll payments from Circle Global Flow for processing.
  • Convert received funds into cryptocurrency using secure and approved exchange platforms.
  • Disburse crypto payments to clients accurately and on time.
  • Monitor exchange rates to optimize conversions and minimize transaction costs.
  • Maintain detailed transaction records for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with crypto regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) policies, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal finance and operations teams to ensure seamless payroll execution.
  • Assist clients with payment inquiries and confirmations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in finance, payments, payroll processing, or cryptocurrency transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of crypto exchanges, digital wallets, and blockchain technology.
  • Familiarity with cross-border payments and currency exchange processes.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and security awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and handle financial transactions responsibly.
  • Knowledge of AML compliance and risk management in crypto transactions is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams.
